Wife to James Foltz, Deb brings a mutual flare with a warm touch to The 215. Deb influences ideas and motivations for superior growth at The 215. She also inspires cuisine concepts with her husband, James, to bring a new twist to The 215.

Founding the original culinary establishment in 2011, (Club T), Travis with his wife Ashley desire to bring a new generational step to the community. Showing that through good food, great service and an awesome atmosphere, you can make more than a meal...you can create a destination that gives back to the community.

Ashley is the undying support for Travis and The 215. Bringing that homemade touch to a lot of pastries and soups, she is the "mom" of the kitchen. You'll see her smiling face around a lot as she also serves on the floor.

As an Operations Manager, Jimmy takes on a lot of responsibility. His IT Degree comes in handy as well. With a passion for growth and stability, he is always looking to help improve The 215 while maintaining it's core concepts. With scheduling, and system structure, he helps keep The 215 organized and formatted.

Ryan Keeley has returned to his hometown after spending seven years in Pittsburgh at The Rivers Casino as a Sous Chef. With a Culinary Degree through PCI, he brings a flare to every dish. Keeping quality and creativity consistent in every serving...you can count on a great meal each time.
